Function: verifierKeyHashOf()
function verifierKeyHashOf(verifierKey): VerifierKeyHash;
Fingerprints a deployed operation's verifier key, by the same computation the compiler applies to
keys/<circuit>.verifier. Throws on an empty key: that is OperationAbsent, for the caller to
raise.
